6 Acres!

Cactus RV Park is OPEN! Historic Route 66 RV Park/Kiva AOK RV Park and Empty Saddle RV Park are closed. This is a BASIC OVERNIGHT PARK with 30/50 AMP, working WIFI and CABLE TV, and easy PULL-THROUGH spaces. For the tech-savvy who know what they're doing, our WIFI has always worked. Please note that we provide WIFI as a service to our customers, and thus, on our terms. This is a SATELLITE FRIENDLY RV Park. We are mostly an adult RV Park.  We do not have a pool, playground, game room, picnic tables, laundry, showers, or restrooms.  No pitch tents allowed.  Since we are 2 Miles from the Main Interstate, there is Little Highway Noise.  We are the historic RV Park and motor lodge next to Del's Restaurant and the Value Inn (see below for pictures relating to the Cactus Club from the early 1920s!). To those people who expect too much, we say that "you have the pockets of a pauper and the expectations of a prince." If you arrive early and expect to see RVs, remember that this is an overnight park and someone has to be the first RV of the day. Park may be closed certain times of the year. Always consult this website for any changes to rates or policies. Here are the phone numbers of the other RV parks in town, if you would like to compare rates: Mountain Road RV Park: (575)461-9628, KOA Campground: (575)461-1841.

Our entrance is at our main sign on Route 66. Do not enter our RV Park backwards.

All patrons must stop at the office to register. You cannot park at this RV park on your own.

***We are not responsible for prices posted by anyone on apps. These prices are the only ones we honor.

Please note: We have found it necessary to restrict our nighttime WIFI hours of access, as some customers have not been leaving by our checkout time. To our customers who do leave on time, we very much appreciate it. It allows us to get our daily work done in a timely manner.

WIFI is turned off from 10 at night until 7 in the morning.

TRAILER LIFE Inspected and Rated for 2017.

Please note: We recommend Exit 332 for travelers on I-40 because McDonald's, Pizza Hut, Kentucky Fried Chicken, Sonic, Subway, Lotaburger, Allsup's Gas, and the local hospital are all located at this exit.  It is a faster and better road, and also well-lit.

We also honor PA , Escapees , Great RV Escapes, and Happy Camper at our discretion.
